If a refund or exchange is required we ideally must be contacted within 7 days after receipt of goods either by phone or email. After the request is made you then have 14 days to return the item at your cost. We do not offer free returns. If we do not hear from you within 7 days you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package for us to receive it back. It is your responsibility to ensure we have received the email. Date of receipt is the date when either the customer signs for it or once it is checked into the nearest depot if the customer is not available. It is your responsibility to collect the item on time from the depot if you are not in to collect the package.
If you received free postage and you return the entirity of your order, or the value of what you keep is below £10, we reserve the right to deduct our initial postage costs from your refund, up to the value of £3. If the part of the order kept is above £10, no initial postage costs will be deducted from your refund for the items returned. This is to avoid client misuse of the free delivery offer.
Exchanges will be sent as soon as the item has been received back and checked usually within 5 working days. Only 1 exchange per order is permitted. If this is then returned, we will minus both sets of postage we incurred from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 28 days minus initial postage cost we incurred.
If a package is received back after 2 weeks of receipt we cannot offer an exchange or refund. It will either be returned back to you at your cost or a credit discount code will be issued for the amount of your order, minus initial postage costs.
All items returned must be in a re-sellable condition i.e. tags attached, unworn and flawless in the original box or bags. ALL SECURITY and/or TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. If they are not, no refunds or exchanges will be given due to client misuse of the policy and the item will be returned to you if requested at an additional cost.
Sale and some swimwear and lingerie items are all non-returnable (if they are not it will state in the item description) and cannot be exchanged. If the swimwear/lingerie is in a re-sellable condition and has all the hygiene strips still attached then a refund will be given.
On the rare occasion an item is faulty, an exchange is offered at our cost for extra postage (up to £4) however picture evidence must be provided as all items are checked prior to sending. A refund on a discounted or sale faulty item will be at the discretion of the management. If we deem an item not to be faulty, we reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange. This is to avoid clients misuse of returns policy.
Exchanges are for UK orders only and take 3 working days to process. One per order is accepted. International orders can still return their order, however it must arrive with us within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods.
If these terms are not abided by we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
